4 people all ordering different meal and apps. All disappointed. Gumbo ya ya was bitter. Salad not fresh. Jambalaya looked store bought. My fried catfish was mushy like it was frozen and microwaved. It took the kitchen over an hour to serve these mostly small plates in spite of the fact that the place was only one third full. They should close this over priced dump and get the Brennan’s name away from it.

Terrible service, and on thanksgiving at that. Lied and told us that we could walk in but when we did they said they were taking reservations only. They were very rude and had no holiday spirit. And they were bald 🤮

Amazing restaurant in every way. We are there for a birthday and although we had a little too much to drink before getting there, it was totally amazing

Out of this world experience. Terrance was the best waiter we've ever had. From drinks and appetizers to dessert, everything was delicious. Thank you for such a great dinner.

I dined at at 5 of best restaurants in New Orleans from last Sunday through Thursday: Best tie. Mr B's and Antoine's - excellent food &service Next - Commander's Palace and Brennans - very good Poor and Worst !!! Arnauds - truly disappointing! Cold food , poorly staffed. Living on their reputation that is no longer warranted! Overpriced is no surprise
Dined at Mr. B's for Thanksgiving. The menu was diverse and included many options for appetizer, entree', and desert. Excellent wine menu both by bottle and per glass. Wait staff knowledgeable. Bartenders were amazing. Will definitely return.
Just amazing everything! Our family have been having our family Thanksgiving dinner here for the last three years. Our family members comes from Atlanta, New Hampshire and Boston. Thanks Mr. B's for making amazing memories every year!
Loved the BB shrimp and the Wednesday special chicken, and the service was amazing.

The food was amazing! We enjoyed our meals very much. The service left a bit to be desired.
So glad we chose dinner there. Our meal was excellent along with great service. Also felt it was reasonably priced.
This restaurant is very overrated.
I never miss going to Mr. B's when I visit New Orleans. We had a large group of 10, and the accommodated us very well. Everyone left filled and satisfied. Service was GREAT.

There are many stellar restaurants in New Orleans, but Mr. B's happens to be a gem and my favorite. For 46 years they've been satisfying guests with amazing food and stellar service.
A must is their signature dish, the barbecue shrimp. Messy but delicious. Gumbo Ya Ya and Shrimp and Grits are also amazing. All the desserts are worth saving room for! Good cocktails Decent wine list though honestly I think here the beers pair better with some of the foods (depends on your choices and tastes, obviously). This place is an overall winner.
