It wasn't a busy Monday but I knew I wanted the Oysters from walking by earlier that day. Taste was divine! Check out the video. Cool staff as well.

We were in New Orleans for the day and heard this was a good spot for gumbo. We went and it was just okay. I mean it was good and fine, but not spectacular or worth the price we paid ($12/bowl).
Plus cigarette smoke kept waiting in and stinking up our table every time someone opened the front door.

The red fish is the only thing you should get . The etouffee is terrible and so is the jambalaya. Jambalaya is like red tomato soup . The beer they serve you doesn’t even come in a glass. Plastic cup . Terrible !!!!!! Go somewhere else

We went there twice just to get the BBQ shrimp and the po boy. The BBQ shrimp is in a loaf of bread that is so soft and light that make this dish delicious. The hamburger po boy was cooked just right and was huge. Recommend splitting with someone. Highly recommend if in NOLA French Quarter.

My wife and I went to Mr. Ed this past weekend and sat outside on a beautiful Monday evening. The food was delicious, though the service was just okay..our server was polite but didn’t seem very familiar with the menu. Would we go back? The answer is yes.

Stopped in for a quick bite on a pretty busy weekend for the city and found immediate seating at the bar. We were instantly greeted by staff and given waters (needed as we were a little tipsy). I believe at some point everyone working that day stopped to chat with us. The staff here was amazing! So accommodating and friendly. The music was like classic 2000's and all the hits were HITTINGGG and the overall energy was fantastic.
The food was great, too. We ordered some sides and appetizers which were all great.
We had a great experience and plan on coming back for a serious meal since we had such a great experience, though we are a little concerned about the wages for the staff.
