Sun Chong offers a great dining experience with knowledgeable staff. The bartenders are friendly and the food, like the gumbo dumplings and crawfish fried rice, is absolutely delicious. While some wished for more Cajun fusion options, the dishes ordered were cooked well with great flavors. The miso glazed brussel sprouts were a standout, along with the coconut shrimp and neno fried chicken. The portions are good for sharing, and the restaurant is recommended for the unique dishes like the gumbo dumplings. Just note that the Instagram posts may be confusing about menu items.
