We always come back to mutates when we are in new orleans

Lisa was amazing! The food was amazing! We have been to several othe places in the area that left us wanting something else. This was hands down the best place we ate on our trip to New Orleans! And Lisa took such great care of us!!

We had a private group event at Mulate’s. Everything was perfect - food, service, room/set up. They were also easy to work with.

The place was empty when we visited but we got 1st class service. Excellent food judging by the Red Beans and Rice and grilled oysters

The food was good quality, as should be reflected by the relatively higher prices. For some reason the service was terrible. We didn't get a waiter for 40 minutes. And even though it was about 4pm we ended up leaving at about 6pm, and the whole time the waiter never checked in on us. Anytime we needed a waiter, besides initially ordering, we needed to call him over.

It's possible the waiter was a new hire, and although he was nice he seemed unaware of some things. If the waiter was a new hire, it would be best that either, he had better training or would make a better effort to check in on the tables he is assigned.

We hosted a happy hour at Mulate's for a conference and everything was absolutely incredible.

We started planning months ahead with their event manager Chantelle, and she was amazing from start to finish. So kind, attentive, and organized. She made the whole process easy, and we are SO grateful for her!

Our bartenders, Henry and John, were the absolute sweetest and made the BEST drinks. Loved them!

Everyone at the event raved about the food. The crab cakes and gator were huge hits, and the bread pudding was my personal favorite. The service and the space got just as much love. We were so impressed with absolutely everything! I cannot say enough good things about Mulate's, and I highly recommend it for events or just a delicious meal in a fun atmosphere.

Awesome food, awesome staff, good music

Our waiter John (not Sir 😉), was wonderful. Great personality, extremely attentive, made great recommendations and at the same time advised what he didn't think we would be interested in. The food was awesome and we are adding this restaurant and John to our must have go-to's when we come to town. Thank you for the great experience!
