The entire meal was amazing. Usually omakase does something squirrelly, but this place nailed it. The chef really knows his business. It’s just a two man operation so the machine they’ve built is really efficient. The fish was flowing the whole time. We’ll be back.
The intimate calm vibe. The lofi hip hop and the charismatic server Elijah make this feel like an upscale omakase experience in a neighborhood street of Nola.
