Napoleon House is our very favorite place to dine when in the Big Easy. Over the years we have become distant locals. India is our very favorite server. We wait to have her exclusively. Manager Nate came by the table and introduced himself as well. We had one of the new flatbreads for an appetizer, the jambalaya, and Napoleon House’s unique gumbo. Incredible food, served with a smile and by some of the best staff in the city.

I ordered the sazerac drink native of Louisiana. Great spot to have a drink and food. They also have non alcoholic drinks. I wish the chocolate cake come with ice cream. Louisiana is hot state ice cream should be in every restaurant menu.

Last year I visited NOLA for work and in my spare time I did the "Great Muffuletta Tour of 2023." The Napoleon House had by far the best muffalettas I've ever enjoyed in my life. Thank you guys so much.

Had an incredible Muffuletta, and my wife loved her roast beef Po Boy.
Food was very good, especially the jambalaya, and surprisingly reasonably priced for a restaurant with claim to one being one of the oldest buildings in NOLA. Portions were a tad small, however.

We are visiting from Boston for the week, and went to Napoleons on Thursday night, unfortunately they were closed due a private event. There was no notice on their website or on their voicemail, their site said they were OPEN. We went again on Saturday night and surprised, they were closed AGAIN for a private event, no voicemail message, their site and voicemail said they were open. Be respectful of potential customers that show up!! You turn them away with an empty apology and a rude attitude. You have lost my business and I do promise to share this experience with everyone!!!!!’nn

Loving NOLA however have tried to visit this establishment twice. Both times they have been closed due to "private party". Okay you do you Napolian. First time shame on me assuming that your published hours were accurate. Second time, I checked internet and called and listened to phone recording no reference to closing to public. To top this experience off one of the workers/possible managers was rude when we expressed our frustration. If you're looking for the Muffaletta, I hear that there are other delis and restaurants that serve them thst are just as good or better e.g., Central Deli.

Line was long, but turnover for tables was quick. Was sat within 20 minutes. Had the Pimm’s cup trio sampler. Highly recommend the cucumber version. Great jambalaya and spicy Italian Muffuletta.
