Napoleon House Reviews
Best Overall meal of our whole trip in New Orleans - from the food to the atmosphere to the service and the drinks. We had the muffaletta, gumbo, jambalaya, red beans and rice, and bread pudding. All was fantastic, and we will definitely go back next time we're in NOLA.
The Napoleon House has always been fantastic. Great food, ambiance and service. I recommend you to everyone. I've been going to The Napoleon House for decades. It's not your fault some people don't know what a side dish or Creole food are.
Wonderful place to have a meal in an historic house. Classical music 🎶 fills the air. Delicious menu options - try the shrimp po boy.
5 star hostess and wait staff.

The Napoleon House is a well-known New Orleans restaurant that offers a warm and authentic atmosphere, making it a great place to enjoy traditional Creole cuisine. The menu includes popular dishes like spinach and artichoke dip, Creole jambalaya, and the famous muffuletta with its delicious bread. Customers often praise the great food, lively ambiance, and friendly service. The restaurant is especially popular for its muffuletta, gumbo, shrimp po-boy, and a variety of Pimms Cups and flights, which add to its charm. While some guests found a meat dish to be a bit tough, overall, many say it provides a satisfying dining experience. The establishment's historic vibe and bustling atmosphere make it a must-visit spot in the Vieux Carré area, perfect for those wanting a taste of local flavors. Visitors also enjoy quick service, flavorful options like the spicy chicken sandwich and catfish po-boy, and the friendly staff that makes every visit special.
