Sad. Really sad. Absolute worst management ever. A coffee shop with no coffee.
9:30 am on a Saturday. Waited 10 minutes in line to learn there is no coffee.
Ask to see the manager. Her response to my question of how a coffee shop has no coffee: "I am not the one who orders the coffee beans, and we never know when in the day we will get the delivery". She said: "Well, you can get coffee almost anywhere around here." 8 customers in line after me all left when they heard there was no coffee. A better approach may have been to offer me one of the hot chocolates free or a shirt discount as a commercial gesture.
Waited 20 minutes for the beignets because the oil in the fryer had to be changed and brought up to temperature.
My advice: don't waste time with this place in the Renaissance Hotel.
Go on and walk to Café du Monde where they are sure to have coffee.
Heartbreaking experience and reflection on the service in my old hometown of the City that Care Forgot.

The barista was super helpful and knowledgeable about menu options, especially for a visitor to NOLA like me! Her recommendations were on point.

We stopped by to sample some beignets. Nice atmosphere in the Marriot. Sadly the beignets were a disappointment. Dry, not fresh tasting, kind of bland and hard. Strongly suggest you go to Loretta's in French Market. Blows these away this place and Cafe Du Monde!

Great coffee in a nice environment. It is cozy and very modern! It's just a bit too cold inside but the funritures look very nice and inviting. The barista is very helpful and patient. The selection is big and the prepeared coffee as wished and just perfect! Great foam for the latte, though!
They could just use a bit less of the sirup, but that's always individual ?

We tried to find beignets in this area and another cafe owner recommended this one to us. So we came on Easter Day, we thought they closed, but they worked on Easter.Little place in the hotel. We ordered beignets with unsweetened tea.My husband and I we both think their beignets are the best, small size but just right.Eat with unsweetened tea was perfect! If we back to New Orleans definitely will be back again! Highly recommend!

Coookie was a ray of sunshine and the perfect example of New Orleans hospitality. Although busy, she seemed excited to greet each new customer. The coffee was great and beignets delicious.

Found this little place and was hesitant because I thought it would be some terrible hotel coffee stand, but it wasn’t at all! It was such a cute place with awesome service from Cookie. She was so sweet and we loved the drinks she made (iced white mocha and a hot caramel latte) and the beignets were SO GOOD!!! I think those other coffee and beignet places are super overrated with their lines and service. This is the place to go and I look forward to going back again!
