I went to dinner with my wife. Large place and clean. Food was on point. Large portions. Service was great. Manager welcome everyone at the door. I had the thin catfish and my wife had the gumbo. Will come back next time in town. Thanks NOLA.
Visited Saturday 4/19/2025. Horrible service. The server brought 2 meals and forgot the child’s meal. She took the meal number from the table, 10 minutes later after flagging her down she said she forgot and went to check on it. Looked up 10 minutes later and the server was leaving the building with her purse and go cup - no child’s meal to be found. Went to find a manager and finally got the child’s meal after another 15 minutes and a half hearted “sorry”. Who does that?? The food was good but the service needs serious improvement. Do not tip at the counter when you order your meal. Tip after ALL of your meals arrive at the table.
Six people, had 1 meal followed by 3 more, 10 mins later, followed by last 2 5 after that. The last 2 were salads. One was a chicken ceasar that tasted like it was cooked in fish oil. Service serving absolutely sucked, people finished meals before some even received theirs. My opinion of this place hasn't changed since the last time I was here.
The food was amazing, the service on the non full service side was better than the full service. Definitely recommend. The crawfish queso was incredible as was the thin catfish!

Loved this place! This was dinner on the first night of my honeymoon, and it did not disappoint! Great energy in the atmosphere, friendly helpful service, and outstanding food!
My wife and I had the Crawfish Queso, and the Seafood Platter, and every single item was top notch, from the Crab Cakes to the Catfish.
Dino took great care of us!
Highly recommended!

Well I have mixed feeling about this place..The service and atmosphere was spot on..The server were extremely friendly and helpful..The atmosphere was clean and safe..I think I go to this place because of how it feels..I am not a drink and I consider myself a foodie..The foodie has never been as appetizing as I would like it to be..Stick to basic recipes..Friend food until crispy, taste before sending out..Stop cooking in bulk or out the box..The food is not to anything, it just not that tasty..It's not nasty but to own the title New Orleans hamburger, I would expect a better cuisine..I highly recommend this place just not for the food..

We’ve lived near the uptown one for years but never went in because it seems like a tourist trap. Last night I was craving a burger and wasn’t in the mood for the usual more upscale spots so we said what the heck. Honestly a pretty wholesome pleasant experience. Burger was good and hit the spot, food was affordable if not amazing, everyone was very nice and there’s a little free soft serve station and a few options for frozen rum drinks on tap. Wedding cake flavor was yummy and strong. There were very few people there on a Friday night as usual, but we had a great time. Honestly will probably be back.

The new (or renovated) 4141 bar is really nice. Trivia night on Tues, lots of fun and a good gathering of different aged people. The bar is quite well stocked - excellent scotch menu and bourbons too! The owners know what they're doing with some fantastic bar offerings.

Interesting place. Can order at counter on left as you walk in and sit at tables behind counter. Or get full service at tables on right side near bar.
Either way our food was very good. I prefer the regular (thick) catfish instead of the thin sliced. Tried both and each was very good, just different styles.
FYI - food is cooked to order so wait time is longer than you'd expect but worth the wait!!
Parking: Parking lot is in rear and restaurant entrance is on side just past coffee shop. No entrance on front of building.
Note - this place gets very busy at times and parking lot fills up. Parking on street is available.

Food was very good, red beans were excellent
Odd place, you can go to the counter to order and sit on one half of rhe restaurant or you can sit on the full service side, rhey do not do a good job explaining it, we sat on self service side but were told it was full service, the staff openly admitted it was strange
