This location is far superior to the one in Kenner,Metairie one. The menu seems broader and was absolutely delicious.

Wonderful people and staff that care about your food and experience. I ordered a burger from here like I usually do because the burgers are great here and it came a little messy and broken and the sauce:bun:burger:ingredient ratio was horrid I took it back and they remade the sandwich super fast and with a smile. The new burger I got was just as wonderful as the other times I have ordered from here! I will always come back to this spot for the service and food! Thank y'all so much and thank you so much to Randy who went above and beyond and even slipped me some extra fries :)

Great thick catfish. The thin tastes like catfish flavored potato chips lol Always great service on St Charles. Great mngmnt and service every time on St Charles. If you're visiting from out of town, Take the 12 Streetcar and enjoy the sights and get off at NOLA Hamburgers & Seafood.. thank me Later. They even have a PacMan Arcade Game..ijs😁
The food was just ok...the crawfish queso was delicious. The restaurant itself was clean and good music. Don't like the setup , it was almost like a cafeteria style.

We ordered the pick 2 platter with fried shrimp, thin catfish, and soft shell crab and alligator bites. The alligator bites were mushy inside, like raw ground meat. The breading on everything was soggy and flavorless. The catfish tasted like literal mud. The blue crab didn't taste properly cleaned. The coleslaw was literally just undressed cabbage. The hush puppies were dry. Don't waste your time or money.

The food was really good. Unfortunately, the staff was not on top of their cleaning duties in the dining area.
One of the radiators, especially with this quite obnoxiously and Rude. We had a large group of people and wanted to sit all together in one particular area. The tables had not been cleaned. And rude obnoxious waiter suggested, we all go sit separately in different areas. Fortunately, another waitstaff, rectified that era of ways. Most of us received our food in a timely manner.But a couple of people didn't receive their meals. For thirty five minutes later, they had been forgotten.
