Absolutely loved the fried catfish and fries. Was vacationing in Gulf Coast area thankfully we found this place. Going back in October....
Very good food! Went on Christmas and there was a line and didn't realize they had seating in the back. We did come back and noticed there was more seating. Nice place to check out and decent prices.
Wife and I both had great po boys here. The po boy bread was great!

Line was LONG during Mardi Gras but they did a good job keeping up with the orders. Very good flavor on the shrimp poboy but make sure to ask for extra mayo, if you don’t it will be DRY!
Fried okra was also great (spicy as well)

Fun place that locals go to. Three different rooms with quirky decor. Worth a repeat visit. Good bathroom stop too.

Food: got spicy fried poboys. Ive had just about every poboy around and ill say this is the best one. That said, its still bland. Barely any flavour. Its edible, it was partially enjoyable. But there are far far better foods here than poboys. Ive decided that poboys are just bland and mostly flavourless. Its fried shrimp in bread with mayo, lettuce, pickles and tomato. Really nothing special. Especially when you consider its 16$ for one 8inch poboy. Outrageous for the quality and amount imho.
Service was good, the lady was friendly.
Atmosphere is horrible. Wont be coming back here ever again imo.

Love coming here when I'm in town, and bringing new people to enjoy it with me. The Debris fries are always a sure bet, but this trip I was blown away (literally went into a happy food coma) by the softshell crab po boy. We also had catfish one night (ask for the remoulade!), and shared a whole Muffelatta on our last day. You can't go wrong with NOLA POBOYS!!!

Shrimp poboy was good! Make sure you add mayo if you don’t mind mayo, it made it more delicious. It’s our second time trying poboy in New Orleans. Gumbo was just okay, it had a chicken noodle soup vibe which we didn’t get from other Gumbo.
