Come to Lafitte in Exile whenever I'm back in town, which is frequently and have been coming for years. Spent many afternoons there when Jeff was Bartending and Pancho LaPerle was holding court at the end of the bar. Never disappointed. Friendly clientele and usually very good and friendly service. Special shoutout to Nicolas. A lot of reviewers are mistaking this for Lafittes Blacksmith Shop. Interesting history involving both, but very different establishments.

This place deserves more than 5 stars for atmosphere. Absolutely love the vibe of this bar.
Only 4 stars because they're cashless. Accept legal tender. Also the liquor pour is a little week with that contraption the bartenders are forced to use. Great service though . Thank you
