WOW!!!!!!!! Today I had Nothing But Bundt Cakes deliver a beautiful red velvet Bundt cake and an assortment of mini Bundt cupcakes to my daughter who is attending a conference in New Orleans. I could never imagined that I would have such an extraordinary experience like this from a business establishment outside of my own neighborhood!L Lorraine Lanzilotta is such an amazing person to deal with. Her kindness, professionalism, helpfulness and beyond outstanding customer service offered gave me chills! This employee treated me as if we had been friends for many years! She made the entire process so much fun and personalized my order knowing how much the recipient (my daughter) would just LOVE her baked goods. Lorraine’s interpersonal skills and attention to detail are like no one else’s . I sent the most creative and charming cake and cupcakes to Nikki for a special celebration…and not only did she ensure it was artistically designed and personalized to perfection, but she also wrapped it in cellophane and attached a gorgeous notecard. My girl received it less than an hour from when I placed the order and was blown away by the presentation. Nothing But Bundt Cakes earned my business today and certainly deserves to earn yours. FUN FACT:Coming in March this franchise will be opening up in my neighborhood. Today I visited the location on Prytania and the staff was most pleasant and patient. I appreciated and enjoyed the suggestions. I also enjoyed the gift items available to purchase. I am completely impressed with the professionalism, detail, and service. Today I ordered a celebration cake via phone from TN for my daughter in college in New Orleans. It was same delivery. The store's rep. made it very easy. My daughter received it for the delivery time set and stated the delivery rep. was very nice too. It's greatly appreciated. Especially, because this is her first birthday away from family as a freshmen. Thanks so much, again for your thoughtfulness and superb service!

Just went today to get my free bundtlet for my birthday. I could not get it because they changed the coupon for only 2 weeks during your birthday month. I wish they would go back to the entire month because this is the only location on the North shore and you can not always get to the store if you do not live .close. Most places at least give you your our birthday month. It would be a nice gesture.

Absolute worst Nothing Bundt Cakes I have ever been in.Will not answer their phone, or they immediately hang up, and when I arrived at the store they refused to sell me cakes out of the display box. WTH? Would not take a future order. Seems like they don’t really want to do business?Nothing Bundt Zero in New Orleans!

Awful ownership. I’m new to the area and was trying to gather my bearings and I was in the parking lot and she comes out screams at me that I need to leave. Doesn’t care to ask what my plans were or if I was about to be a customer or maybe if I needed help. She just screams at me to leave. Terribly rude, would never recommend anyone spend their hard earned money at this place. My first interaction with anyone in New Orleans. Welcome to Louisiana I guess. The hospitality is great here
