Birthday cake delicious!!
I received a pleasant voicemail message from Cecelia who called in the early afternoon to remind me of my cake being ready for pick up at 10 am on July 31st. I had the pleasure of meeting her that day observing (as I waited my turn) how she managed working solo, appearing happy (because she was smiling) and acknowledging me after serving a customer.
