Phenomenal food. Great service. Chill vibe. The lemon ricotta pancakes were heavenly and the egg pizza (we got it without collard greens) was a savory sensation. We will absolutely be back. Sorry no photos, we ate it all too fast. My husband said the pizza with broken yolk was “the perfect bite”. So glad we came and we will definitely be back!

The best restaurant we visited in New Orleans. Great atmosphere, service good but the food is incredible. Amazing flavours, well presented, a must try!

Outstanding modern Italian restaurant, the prices are moderate but flavors and service were exceptional. I had the house made squid ink pasta with shrimp and it was one of the best pasta dishes I've ever had. My fiance had the butter chicken with greens and it was very good as well. Next time I'm in New Orleans I'm coming back to Paladar 511.

The food was great and it was busy and they sat us down right away with a reservation. I was just disappointed it took a while to get a second drink. But the server felt bad so she comped it. What made me really sad was that it was my friend’s birthday. When she went to the bathroom I asked if they can do anything special for her and they said of course, they would put a candle on something and surprise her. We watched the table next to us get a couple of desserts with a candle for whatever special occasion they were having…and I thought they would eventually bring out something for the birthday girl. But no. The server even told my friend happy birthday when she brought the check and that was it. I couldn’t ask the server if she had forgotten because I didn’t want to put the birthday girl on the spot. It was a small thing but it’s something people remember when going somewhere for a special occasion for your first time.

We came in on a whim based on a stranger’s recommendation and were blown away. Every aspect of the meal was excellent, from the professional and accommodating service, to the seating with a view into the kitchen, to the chefs working with the precision of a swiss watch while still answering our questions. And, of course, the meal itself was delicious!

The squid ink pasta was amazing, and the ragu was also very good. The atmosphere was great, and the service was friendly. We were there on a Tuesday and it was packed—we didn’t have a reservation but managed to get a seat at the bar. Highly recommend!

Me and my girlfriend had a great time eating Suzanne was great but then me and my girlfriend went to go sit at the bar and Ash was so rude. She literally made us feel so uncomfortable to where I felt like I couldn’t even sit at the bar after I spent $100 at Paladar.

One of my favorite spots close to home. The food never disappoints. The arancini is the BEST I've had outside of Italy. Reservations recommended bc this place is always busy.

Really enjoyed our dinner, we were craving for some good wood fired pizzas and this place did not disappoint. The crust and the ingredients of the Margherita as well as the spicy San Marzano pizzas are delicious. Will return.

My company brought a group of 12 people into Paladar 511 early last month (we were in town for a conference). We sat at the mezzanine table and had the most amazing meal and experience. The folks who helped me set up the dinner were incredibly responsive and accommodating, happily working around some dietary restrictions in our group. The food was spectacular. We loved the way the food was served on small plates, and it just kept on coming. Our server, Natalie, was so much fun. We all highly recommend this restaurant for a cozy dinner or a large group dinner like ours. I should add that we enjoyed being on the mezzanine level rather than an isolated room. If we lived in New Orleans, we would be eating here all the time.

I can't say enough good things about this fine restaurant. Had the pleasure of dining here while on a business trip and it's certainly one of the better meals I've had in my life. Tried the okra, squid ink pasta, cornbread zucchini muffins, seared gulf snapper and finished it off with a delicious scoop of homemade dark chocolate mocha sorbet. My sincere compliments to the entire wait staff and kitchen staff for a memorable experience. And the ambience is fantastic and lively!
