Panera Bread

I came in disappointed by the state of the restaurant in terms of cleanliness but after bringing it to the attention of the manager she took accountability and made sure to get her dining room in order.

This was the dirtiest, nastiest Panera I’ve ever been in my entire life. The entire back half of the store smelled like the toilet. The floors were filthy with debris. The tables were basically all dirty. The drink tanks with the teas looked like they’ve never been cleaned.

The chicken sandwich was lacking chicken and lots of lettuce no flavor had lemonade that was more like lemon water. The only thing that was good was the broccoli cheese soup. And furthermore the service was polite when ordering but when I went in the pickup line one young had a very bad attitude. Don't know if I will go to that location again on carrollton next to winn dixie.

This is places filthy as soon as you walk in.
You have to hunt down someone for service.
I just joined the sip club and will cancel my membership. I had to help myself to a cup because staff was arguing in the kitchen.
There was no soap in the ladies room. I asked an employee if they had an employee bathroom to which she said no so you know what that means. I told her there was no soap and she did not respond and I asked if she heard me and she snapped back “YES” and continued to fiddle around so I’m sure that soap won’t get refilled anytime soon so these employees will NOT BE WASHING THEIR HANDS FIXING YOUR FOOD!

Food was ok but the smell of sewage throughout the restraunt made the experience less than itdea. This on top of dirty tables that were not wiped clean made this the last time to this location

I was extremely disappointed with the experience. While the food was just okay, the atmosphere was absolutely terrible. The restaurant and bathroom were both disgusting, with trash and flies everywhere. It was clear that they don’t clean at all. Every seat had trash on it, making it impossible to find a clean place to sit. The smell in the restaurant was horrible, which made it really uncomfortable to eat my food there. I expected a much better experience and was left feeling very dissatisfied.

Had lunch here last week on Nov 21st. I arrived earlier than my friend, who I was meeting for lunch, so I went ahead and ordered. The older man working the register is always so nice and helpful, but unfortunately, that's where the good ends in this place. A while after I ordered, my friend arrived and began her order. I had already walked over to the waiting area near the kitchen. Quite a bit of time passed, and we both stood there waiting. Finally, they called my friend's name to get her order. We looked at each other and I said to her, "How did you get your order before mine?" The next thing we hear is this very RUDE kitchen employee mock me by saying the exact same thing in a very ugly mocking manner. So I immediately (and loudly) exclaimed that "That was VERY professional!!!!" It was so rude that neither my friend nor myself will ever set foot in that nasty sewerage smelling restaurant again. You can actually smell the filthy bathrooms the second you walk in the front door. The workers there are lazy and so rude. The management needs an upgrade if they tolerate employees treating customers with such disrespect. And those disgusting bathrooms are a disgrace to the Panera Brand. The food was not very good either. It's definitely not worth the price. Never going back.

I am a daily customer of Panera Bread, I have been paying for the Sip Club for 3 years. But at this location, in the morning an older woman named Jackkie, her bad attitude ruined my day, she was racist and the worst service I have ever had. Being the only person she left me waiting at the cash register and served 6 people before me on the other side. I just wanted my cup for my coffee!!
