Papa Johns Pizza

That was absolutely terrible, in-edible disgusting material you slopped to my house. Barely baked. Was mushy, cheese water bread. Disgusting. Just disgusting.

One of the employees gave my order to a doordash driver and I ordered carry-out I waited an hour for my food.

I only gave them a low score for food because I really don’t like pizza like that. The service is excellent if you get for of the best people in there the other ones nasty attitudes the atmosphere when those four people are working is awesome. I hope that when you go you get those people to help you.

If you're looking to go to Papa John's where the people there are very friendly and take care of you give you fast service and a really nice while doing it definitely check this Papa John's out.They are sooooo nice!!!! ☺️

This is usually a safe bet. But this most recent visit was a mess, which I shared via their website. Management replied to that survey to apologize then did not respond when I accepted their offer to remake the pie. I was ghosted by Papa. The pie sat untouched on my counter for several days.

Wish I could give 0stars manager talking to young African American males like he Master cussin at them then they sell us damn near raw pizza called to complain and he tells my husband tell the lady running her mouth in the background come to the store and do something he want all the smoke he called out phone back 3times to bully wanting to know if I'm on my way horrible disrespectful and the nastiest pizza and rubbery wings ever done go too Pappa Johns on Allen Toussiant the worst ever

My pizza tasted like Geno's Frozen Pizza. No care was put into crafting this pizza. No longer a fan of "Sloppa Johns"

Literally I ordered a well done cooked pizza and it came out raw… I don’t even want to call and get a pizza comped that’s how bad this pizza was. I’ll never return to this location again. I feel like you have to undercook a pizza just in spite of me ordering it well done. Nasty people with nasty

One hour and 50 minutes to get pizza on a Friday night! The app regarding preparation progress was stuck on 'making your pizza' for 1 1/2 hours. When I tried to call to see what the problem was NO ONE picked up the phone. I tried TWICE, only voice menu, then endless ringing. When the finally arrived I questioned the driver, but he had no idea, just said they're very busy. It used to take 45- 60 minutes to get delivery.

The last three experiences were at different locations and even a different state. The pizza was disgusting. The presentation was poor. The pepper they placed in the box was dried out. Needless to say, I am no longer a customer of Papa John's Pizza

very poor customer service , everyone had an attitude , and there was an older boy who just ignored me and wouldn’t give me what i had requested and i had just walked in there. the energy was horrible.
