Papa Johns Pizza

Sad this place was so dirty. I cleaned this whole building and was paid half of what I was owed . Rip off . They don't even cover the veggies. They sit out each day. They don't wear gloves they don't wash their hands. They keep dirty shoes by the delivery boxes.

Staying in the French Quarter, I opted for delivery since the nearby Domino’s had poor reviews. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t much better.

I requested contactless delivery, but the driver didn’t even attempt to come to the hotel. Instead, he called from his car, asking me to come outside to pick up the order.

The pizza arrived cold. One of my pizzas was missing the garlic sauce it was supposed to come with. I ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza, but there was barely any pepperoni. Do you see any in the picture? I also requested a well-done bake, but it didn’t come that way. On top of that, I asked for extra marinara sauce, but as you can see from the picture, the pizza was extremely dry.

Worker would not take my order because she was on the phone with boyfriend. Ridiculous!

Ordered pizza tonight and the stuffed crust was really undercooked. Super doughy. Very disappointed.

Never order here, the delivery driver literally left our pizza on the front porch, no courtesy call, app doesn’t work, and then the manager put me on hold WHILE TALKING. Rude and not professional whatsoever. I wouldn’t even give it a star.

Super hard to include the correct items in the order. Really a hard job.

Don't order from here, it took nearly 2 hours to arrive and all the food looks like it was carried sideways; every slice was scrunched to one side and folded in on itself.

Ordered Pizza for my Office at 1145, called at 1245 asking where was said it was on the way... the pizza arrived at 205 (2 hours and 20 min) pizza was not hot and service was very POOR. Called the manager and took 18 min to get through to the store and the customer service i received was VERY POOR from the manager on duty i wrote a complaint asking the supervisor or franchise Owner to contact me ... this was 2 weeks ago and no one contacted me i called Papa John’s corporate office and they said they would send a message to the Franchise Owner to contact me Week Later and still NOTHING !!!! This is the most ridiculous customer service i have ever had. Also half of the employees left to go into the field and did not get to eat lunch.

OMG.I just went to pick up and order bc Im UBER eats.As soon as I entered the store or so called Papa Johns there was an employee standing in the corner.This is the entrance.1st I thought it was a homeless guy urinating but noooo.He was rolling up a blunt of weed to smoke.I KID YOU NOT.WIDE open @ entrance for All to see?Must be nice.Voted N.O.best places to work where employees need not worry about drug screens.

I usually don’t have a problem with ordering from this location , but my food takes 45 mins to hour just to get to me and plus my order was completely wrong . When I tried to call and let them know that my order was wrong I was hung up on . Definitely not ordering from this place again
