I usually don’t have a problem with ordering from this location , but my food takes 45 mins to hour just to get to me and plus my order was completely wrong . When I tried to call and let them know that my order was wrong I was hung up on . Definitely not ordering from this place again

Very rude and very disrespectful & unprofessional people at this location. They don't want to work they want to stand around and chat with their friends that come in the store!!!! Well I don't get paid to stand around I get paid by delivery and when I get there and my order is not ready and not going to be ready for another 10 minutes I'm not making any money!!!!

The store itself is clean, the staff uniform was untidy there was no head covering for the staff, hand washing did not happen while I was there. A very sad situation.

Great staff, still horrible pizza, all Papa John's not his location specifically. I wanted to try their new NY style pizza, complete garbage, and wildly over priced, and again garbage and nothing like NY style pizza. Horrible horrible filthy garbage.

It's Papa John's period would you expect period the people there comma are very nice so I gave it five for five on that period and the atmosphere comma is exactly what you'd expect for a takeout and delivery on a place period of the wrong Papa John's, in the used to have Dan Marino is one of those spokespeople, and maybe they still do, so that's one of the things that I found him fun about the place So have a good time in order from there okay bye
When we called it started out 30-45 mins..... halfway through the order went to over an hour, after they got our card info at the end she says that'll be approx 120 mins. So we canceled the order and checked our account and they had already taken out the money. Will keep updated on the refund status.

was here back in november. this place was absolutely awful. The tv inside was showing family guy clips but the all had curse words. The food was no better. I appreciated the hot wings but the pizza was mediocre. The wait was the worst. Multiple groups of contruction workers came and all jumped out of a red work van in unison. 2 vans were there. so around 2 dozen men were in this pizza johns. they all got their order before me. Granted, they only ordered one cheese pizza (how did they all eat that??) but the wait was still 20+ minutes.

Order through doordash a small pizza with 6 pieces of cheesy bread and their order says no cheesy bread it was delivered call the office and tell me I was out of

If the managers customer service sets the standard for all employees then there is no hope for this place! I was using my fundrays coupon from the coupon book that the schools sell and he told me he wasn't taking it and I was like oh wow it has your address and location on here and it is good until April 1 2023. he told me cost of goods have went up and he wasn't eating the cost ? When I asked for a number for the owner who he said told him he didn't have to take the coupons he told me no he wouldn't give me any contact info for him and any complaint I made would only come to him and basically he didn't care! I will never go back! I have always loved papa johns over other pizza places but I guess domino's it is!
