Amazing bar, amazing roast beef po-boys. Never miss their annual St. Patrick’s block parties. There’s usually two. For 2025, Not positive if it’s on Thursday, March the 13 or Friday the 14th, but for sure on Monday the 17th, 2025. Perhaps Admin can make a list??

It had been a few years since we’ve been in, and we found ourselves within an hour of NOLA today. To quell our hunger, it was decided to go to Parasol’s. Our plan was to be the first ones in the door when they opened. Well, we were second. My roast beef Po-Boy was as good as I remembered, the best in New Orleans. If you’re in the area, stop in. The place and the staff are really cool.

This is a transient review, hopefully. They're an amazing bar, and a great hangout, but the last time we went (a bit ago, I am absolutely going back to check) they were sitting at 30+ minute ticket times for food. I hope that they have the staff increased and less strained soon - they were all good, just overworked and whelmed.

Vegetarian options: I don't eat meat but my girlfriend does, she enjoys the shrimp poboy while I usually have fries. Lovely place no matter what.

Parasol's is one of the more popular po'boy places, just off Magazine in the Garden District. A handful of small tables inside and out. Be patient.

Fire chicken and catfish. Good sides. Stayed in this neighborhood and came back a few times. Chill vibe.

Great beer selection, including a couple good options for dorks like me who don’t drink alcohol. Food was fantastic - onion rings were lightly battered and crispy and the crawfish bites were fantastic. Great service and vibes.

Nice Irish neighborhood bar with good drinks and friendly service. Didn’t have any food but it looked basic but yummy from what we could see!

First visiting this restaurant and what a disappointing experience. First off, they charged $27.24 for half shrimp/oyster poboy. I have never paid that much for poboy. Secondly, the oysters had no flavor because they were burnt. Third, I requested extra mayo, which was not honored. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.
