Tesla was our bartender and tour guide for the next time we come down there. She had great energy and super fun to be around, we said it was our last trip there after 7 but she corrected us after meeting her :). Best 17 napkin sandwich ever!!!

This is one of the best bars in New Orleans and certainly is in small company for one of the best poboys in the world.

Heaven doesn't have food on this level! Service and clientele are like family! This is a must if you attend the Garden District!

It’s always good at Parasols. You can’t go wrong with this place. It’s as authentic as it gets in New Orleans. Get a sandwich here, you won’t regret it.

Truly sad to see this old neighborhood gem decline. Born and raised and going here for 30 years, but the food was just so so, the roast beef gravy made me sick, the beer was warm and poured with a oh well attitude by a clearly inexperienced bartender, whole place was filthy. Really sad.

The first time I came here was after watching Guy Fieri’s Diners, Drive-ins and Dives years ago! The roast beef sandwich and gravy fries has been one of my favorite recipes to cook, when It was made public from the show. But tonight I am completely disappointed! The roast beef po- boy has so much pepper, it’s hard to even eat. It also does not have the sliced roast beef that it use to! Its just like debris peaces ! The boudin balls looks like they are very over cooked (pretty much burned)! The lady that took our order seemed to almost fall asleep as she was taking our order and had our order wrong! I will continue to cook these famous roast beef sandwiches at home, but will pass coming to Parasols location again!

It was too far for me to walk and I didn’t have any intention of visiting the Garden district so I looked on DoorDash. I found it and instantly ordered two Po’Boys that they were famous for. The firecracker shrimp and the roast beef. The firecracker shrimp was amazing. Fried shrimp soaked in their special spicy sauce. My favorite. The roast beef was very saucy and not really my favorite.

Have been searching NOLA for the best po boys and this one is IT! Our group had the firecracker shrimp, debris fries, bbq pulled pork, and the ferdi, all fully dressed! Man it did not disappoint. Tasty, fresh, mouth watering in each bite. Just remember to grab extra napkins because these sandwiches are a delightful mess!

Solid Po Boys. Not the best in the city, but well above average.

Neighborhood bar with the absolutely best po boy in town - firecracker shrimp fully dressed. Great frozen Irish coffees. The place to be for St Patrick’s day block party, otherwise generally laid back locals spot, dog friendly
