Peychaud's at The Celestine

Peychauds is one of my favorite places in the quarter! The bartender, V (from Montenegro), is simply amazing! He is incredibly friendly, makes you feel welcome immediately and makes great cocktails!

This place is an absolute gem. If you want to relish in good cocktails, amazing music and an incredible staff, this is the place for you. Ben especially made our night - what a sweetie pie

Discovered Peychauds during Cocktail Week. It quickly became out favorite spot. What a gem for a reprieve of Bourbon St. Terrific cocktail menu and great vibe. Chris the bartender makes the best Hurricane in town! Really cool place.

What a gem of a place! We stopped by here after a day of sightseeing in New Orleans last week. The vibe was chill and the air conditioning was blasting! It was a slow Wednesday night so we sat at the bar to soak up the cool air and rest our bones and the bartenders couldn’t have been friendlier. Good, casual conversation, great local suggestions, appropriately moody decor, stellar drinks and no Malort, a 5 star establishment in my book!! I had a classic French 75 and it was the best one I had of the whole trip! My husband had the Milk Punch and we split the Ramos Gin Fizz. All were fantastic. Should we ever make our way down there from Chicago again, it’ll be the 1st stop on our list!

We accidentally stumbled upon this gem. The cocktails were incredible. Excellent attention to detail and I think they have the best cocktails in New Orleans!

Came here to grab one drink and sat at an empty seat at the end of the bar . 3 bartenders didn’t acknowledge, greeted , or even looked our direction. We waited about 12-15 minutes before we got up and decided to leave . Please train the staff properly to acknowledge and greet your guests .

Went here in November 2023 and still think about how bad the service was. A portly guy with a mustache was our bartender. He made great drinks but was extremely inhospitable and rude.

All the bartenders are great here. Between easy convo and great suggestions we had an amazing Ramos Gin Fizz to share in our party. Gentry, Jack and Julian were great. Definitely suggest coming to visit.

Cozy laid back cocktail bar just off the noisy Bourbon street. Great vibe outdoor garden seating on a warm night.
Solid cocktail menu with several classics at a reasonable prices.
We will be back!

If you’re coming in for their take on a Ramos Gin Fizz, I recommend going to the Roosevelt.

The drink was good but the service left much more to be desired, even with not being busy. They add a 20% gratuity to the bill which I understand is expected however it seems there’s very little incentive for even the basics.
