party of 8, waitress was rude right from the beginning. waited 45min for our food. one meal was never ordered from the waitress. she never apologized for forgetting a order. 20min later got the order because we went to the manager. he came by and gave us the last forgotten meal for free and a round of drinks for our table which we only accepted 2beers. my get back at ya was no tip for the lady who couldn't even say I'm sorry I made a mistake. your loss!!!!
We went here on 6-12-25 and had Quinn as our waiter. GREAT service, great food and he made us feel right at home. We went back on 6-13-25 hoping he’d be working and he was. We had two incredible experiences two days in a row. If you’re in the Quarter, go here and ask for Quinn!!!

Pat O'Brien's Courtyard Restaurant is a well-known establishment located on Bourbon Street, offering a spacious outdoor patio for dining. The restaurant is famous for its Hurricane cocktail, created in the 1940s. The food served at the restaurant is highly regarded, with standout dishes including the Jambalaya, Beef Po-Boy, and the daily special roast beef Po-Boy. Many guests enjoy sitting in the side courtyard for lunch and come back in the evening for drinks by the fountain in the main courtyard. The staff is praised for their attentiveness and kindness, although there have been occasional reports of rudeness from some bartenders. The restaurant's unique charm includes a flaming fountain, reminiscent of the Goblet of Fire, and a piano bar that hosts a dueling piano show. With its rich history, starting as a speakeasy and expanding to its current size, Pat O'Brien's Courtyard Restaurant remains a must-visit destination in New Orleans for travelers seeking good food and fun times.
