I ordered a shrimp po-boy the shrimp sandwich was burnt he refused to make me another sandwich told me that I was tripping that’s how it’s supposed to look wouldn’t even give me a refund

I ordered a shrimp only combo with a drink… the meal was nearly $20. When I got my order, the only look as if it was made with a hot dog bun and the shrimps were smaller than a penny. Never again??????

The food was delicious as usual but I actually went into the restaurant to order (Canton st location) and the restaurant interior wasn't clean. That really disturbed me, dust and hair was on and around the register area, on the credit card machine, you could tell the floors hadn't been mopped in awhile. So if the front of the house looked like that I can only imagine what the back of the house looked like. Oh and the customer service was trash. Wish I hadn't went to the store because everything about that experience turned me off. I definitely won't be eating from them again.

About a year prior to this date. 4/11/24’ this place was really, really good. I would visit and order regularly. However, I noticed after a few staff changes, things took a dramatic downward spiral. The food has gotten worse, primarily because the fry cook is usually on the phone or not paying attention to what he’s preparing. Three times now, including today, just a few moments ago, I’ve gotten the wrong order and charged incorrectly because the staff who take the orders, are having a full blown loud conversation on the phone, and not really paying attention to the instructions, having to ask me a couple times, to repeat my order. I think I’m going to stay away for a while and hopefully things will right themselves eventually. The food and service was pretty good at one point. Seems to be the way of the world unfortunately.

The cheese fries weren't quite what I was expecting, and the cheese tastes like soap. Pretty sure it's the same cheese they sell at gas stations. You get what you pay for I guess lol the chicken nuggets were good though.
Closed before 7pm and were supposed to be open until 7:30! Guess they don't need the money or ladies on her phone behind the needs to talked to by the owner!

I went to philly dat up, and the customer service was literally horrible, two ladies one with pink braids and one with a hat on, communicating racist slurs, the one with the hat on is the manager and was saying things like “ white and black people make me sick, and that’s why the boss that goes by “ chow ” is feeding humans dog food and that’s why we are struggling in New Orleans “ im sorry to say that we aren’t struggling in New Orleans. Horrible Sandwich, the meat was tough, the bread was burnt because the stove isn’t getting cleaned properly, I watch the cook, put my bread on the same part of the stove that she cooked my meat on, THERE WE’RE ABSOLUTELY NO GREEN ONION OR BELLPEPPERS, because they were in their words “ getting ready to close, and needed to shut the business down because their boss said so” WHOEVER the boss is at caton street in new Orleans gentility area, SHOULD BE SUED. For discrimination. I am 100% sure if we as people keep spending our money here we will lose hope for any other good company their is out there.

I placed an order on doordash for pick up. I ordered 2 surf and turfs, 1 Philly cheesesteak, and 2 cheese fries. When I arrived everything was already ready in two brown paper bags that was stapled at the top. Because the bags was stapled that kind of detoured me from checking the bags but when I got home I was very much upset that I didnt check because I only had 2 sandwiches and 2 cheese fries. I know mistakes can happen so I wasn't really upset but I did want my sandwich that I paid for so I called. The fact that they kept insisting that the 3rd sandwich was in the bag because he didnt see it in the store, is what upset me. Sir I’ve made it home, its 100 degrees outside, and gas is $4 a gallon! With that being said if I had all my food I wouldn't be calling just to get an extra sandwich for free. But the food was good overall which is why i gave it 3 stars. The sandwich could have had more meat and it was a little bit on the small side but i did order the regular size instead of the large. The cheese fries had entirely to much cheese but at least the food was fresh.
