I ordered the chicken and rice dish and the chicken was inedible. It was hard and rubbery and tasted like it was sitting out all day. I paid $18 for chicken and rice and I can’t even eat it. Pho was ok but I ordered a beef pho and chicken pho and it tasted like it was from a microwaveable cup of noodle. They sell bland old food.

First time having Pho, and boy was it an experience. The portions are pretty good, I even struggled to finish. The broth is everything too, so delicious! They also provide a bunch of items you can add, but honestly, is so good as is. I am a big fan now :)

I have ate at this place for years. I miss the West Bank location, but I don’t mind driving downtown to eat at my most favorite place in the world. The owners know my voice over the phone. They know my order. I have literally enjoyed the food for twenty years. Great service and food EVERY TIME! Thanks so much guys!! From CM5 (highly recommend, you can even add grilled shrimp) no tomatoes, extra sauce!! Love you guys
I had a well done beef and sausage pho here before a show at the Saenger Theater. Spacious, well lit, and very clean space. The staff are very helpful and efficient. The pho and toppings were so fresh. Bathroom was super clean. Always a great sign of pride in cleanliness by staff and management.

Karl the owner is the nicest and friendliest person you’ll meet here. He has a passion for pho and brings the viet culture to New Orleans. Protect this place at all costs!!!
