Came in for something cold to eat and was delightfully surprised by the ladies behind the counter! Demetries helped us and was so sweet and genuine it touched my heart! She was so friendly and had a smile that is definitely contagious….. what else can you ask for in an employee? And from a customer’s perspective she is EXACTLY what we needed!! Went back in to find her name and got a different lady who was equally awesome, Tearia!! Idk who hired these two lovely ladies but kudos to you! I would definitely come back here just for Demetries smile and amazing vibes!! Frozen yogurt is great but you come to expect that from Pinkberry, the real delight here is these employees!!

It has been YEARS since I've been to a frozen yogurt place, and it being Pinkberry at that! I used to often go to the location in Harahan, but since they've closed down, I haven't been to Pinkberry since. Looking for a dessert location after dinner with the family and this came into my mind since we were close by. Of course, my wife and kid were a bit shocked that there was still a Pinkberry location around here. Stopped in, received the usual customer service we normally would get from any Pinkberry location, then enjoyed our desserts with a mild nostalgic feeling. Everything was great! Your usual limited flavors with toppings to cool off and satisfy your sweet tooth. This location has been here for years and hopefully they remain here for good.

The froyo base is pretty good already, but the toppings make it even better. It's also a big plus that the toppings can be added at no additional charge. Solid spot if you're looking for a midday snack or dessert.

The young people that work there are awesome but you can bet your bottom dollar when u go in there in the afternoon they are always out of a flavor or topping or something which is a manager problem which is non existant. SAD PLACE
Super friendly staff and they had all the toppings that my wife wanted. Can't say that about the mid-city location.
