I wish I could give zero stars. I wish they would close this location entirely. They didnt deliver one of my pizzas. The one they did delivery was VERY undercooked we had to put it in our own oven. And hour and a half later we received our pizza they forgot,.... Also super undercooked. They have no idea what they are doing over there. This location needs to be closed

My usual order is a personal pan pepperoni pizza w/ boneless wings. I like this because it's the amount for just myself & I like the price. Service is good thus far,have never had any issues. My order is always ready when I arrive.

Chivalry is NOT dead, nor is exemplary customer service
While ordering my food, Keith noticed me shaking and asked if I was cold- I replied yes with friendly banter. He offered his jacket but I declined and went to sit outside while I waited (wasn’t out there a good minute, whewwww this New Orleans heat is something else). Anywhoo, he laughed and said I knew you’d be right back in. Outta nowhere he comes and places his jacket on me and walked off to assist other customers. I watched as he interacted with the guests, addressing customers walking in by name, with such a pleasant spirit. My wait was just a couple of mins and he acknowledged Every guest. I thanked him for such great service. He restored my faith that there are actually still good customer service.
Superb job Keith!! Management…give this young man a raise and don’t lose him! It’s hard to find employees like him.
