I never had a pizza like the one I had it didnt even taste like it could have been Pizza Hut pizza

If I could give negative stars I would. I can’t eat cheese, I’ve always ordered pizza with extra sauce and no cheese. The pizza I received today was black, charred black. Burnt to a crisp. When my husband called the store the lady who answered argued with my husband and hung up on him. He drove down to the location to get it remade and bad attitude Betty refused to remake it and continued to argue with him . I have never in my life experienced such terrible behaviors. That lady needs to be fired. Her behavior and words are unacceptable and have no place in hospitality. Pizza Hut should be ashamed

I ordered my food through the pizza hut app a door dasher by the name of Nakia picked up my order from the Carrollton store in New Orleans. I received a text message Nakia had dropped off my food yet I had not received any food. I attempted to call Nakia through the number provided through the app but after several calls there was no response. I then called the store direct number and received a call center to a person who could not speak English very well after a few attempts he transferred me to the Carolton store after ten minutes of hanging on the phone waiting for someone to pick up I decided to drive the mile away while on the phone. When I arrived in the store mid busy and over heard my call still ringing the store line is waited for the phone to be picked up or the cahier to get to me. 20 minutes later the phone was picked up and I made my complaint I was given a refund. Yet the service was so horrible from app to call center, to store response I had to warn others of the trials they would have to go through because of Some one else's mistake on their order. Please do better

Inconsistency is a problem. The crust is my favorite part of their pizza. I've ordered delivery more than once. The quality is not consistent. This time the crust was not hand tossed. Thin and not cooked all the way through. The rating would be so much higher if my $30 pizzas could be the same quality. *Sigh* It is not lost on me that I am lucky to even have pizza but the crust!!!

I dont know about the food but their service was really bad , they dont know much, when you ask questions they get annoyed and react in front of their customers, kitchen seemed dirty too , the dishes were dirty and they had a problem with us taking wet towels. Our will to eat pizza died before they made it becuase of their reactions.

Kitchen was dirty as hell, staff was high on weed , they were bad with attitude, overall it’s pathetic
