Placed order online for delivery but it was on carry out so I called the store to see if they could get it delivered to me nobody did anything just put me on hold so after calling a few times and getting the same result I hung up and called Pizza Hut 1-800 number get to customer service and he said wait until a manager called me back and it could take up to 3 days… smh I’m ordering food not clothes what if I didn’t really have anymore money to feed my family something else come on now…

It doesn't matter if you order online or over the phone for takeout or anything like that they always send somebody for a doordash to bring you your your delivery if you order out so that means you got to pay extra and you don't even have a choice I would never order here again

Don't be conned into ordering from "pizza hut" app! It's Uber eats!I received rude call "is this Uber eats or the customer?" without identifying who was. Plus I paid higher price & delivery food twice as much as previous same order. Instructions also not followed. Bad experience
Food was on time. The pizza was delicious and good, but our boneless chicken had a long piece of hair in it!! I was so angry that I just threw the whole 24 peace away (lost 20.99 + tax). Hair nets should be required when making food for other people, it’s nasty and unsanitary. So I gave a 1 star.

The delivery driver forgot one item try to cancel it they put me on hold the whole time plus the phone system cannot they have you cannot hear a lot of the stuff they're saying no yes the gentleman still came and dropped it off even though I was trying to cancel it.

Pizza uncut for 1. I’m on lunch with no utinsels. I gave them a extra 30 min for food prep so not understanding. Full of grease at top my pizza looks orange.& a HOT 2 LITERNot it.

I place an online order for delivery in the amount of $36 they sent an email stating carry out and took the funds. I called this store talked 3 different people. 1st individual which was a guy he hung up after I told him that they sent me an email stating it carry out which it was for delivery. 2nd I called back a lady answered told her the situation. She said it was probably the call center that I was speaking with so I asked to speak to the manager she too hung up. 3rd I call againthis time it was a Spanish person I ask her could she give me the manager name and number for that store, she place me hold for 15 minutes. Not one of those unprofessional individuals would give me their names or the manager name and number. I get it that they may be short of workers but you don't take people money then send false emails because they can't deliver the on their end.If I could give no stars I would. This place is a joke!
