2★ instead of immediately putting my order in the hot rack thing when it came out, they let it sit for a few minutes on the counter. then they let someone skip me in line which took an additional few minutes.
got home. pizza was lukewarm thanks to them just leaving it out, and it was disgusting. wish I could at least take my tip back.
person at the counter did apologize and offer a soda but neither me nor my dad drink sugar.
Didn’t receive my pizza after 2 1/2 hours. I drove there to cancel my order. Went to Dominos and waited 20 minutes for my pizza. As I was driving home I saw the Pizza Hut delivery driver leaving after 3 1/2 hours. Horrible. Just horrible.
