Horrible don’t order from Pizza Hut in New Orleans. The customer service is RIDICULOUS since they don’t take calls at the restaurant. Most Pizza Huts don’t even answer when there answer service transfer you to them. I waited 2 hours, Pizza Hut never delivered my order after I placed it with the answering company.

A customer services class should be offered to all employees. Services is very trash!! You come to get your pizza because it’s ready for a certain time just to get here and your order is not even being worked on but the screen saying your food is ready.

I ordered two personal pan pizzas one with bacon and cheese one with bacon and pepperoni. I received so much Bacon fat on my pizza there was no actual bacon. I'm extremely peed off about this. I waited so long for those pizzas I didn't even have the energy to wait for them to remake it. That probably would have took another 45 minutes. Now I have to go home and make my own bacon to add to it

This Place is just awesome it was a lil rocky at 1st but man if any thing is wrong y'all they will fix it they really are a damn good team to be honest with you I've had 1 big situation which turned everything good bcuz I wouldn't have ever been able to speak and laugh with them... I'm not from here so a friendly face & smile humbles me I'm crazy bout the manager and I love the 2 csr yellow girl and the young one with glasses is so sweet keep up the awesome work and hope y'all get a raise

I had 2 pizzas delivered to my home with cinnamon sticks and chocolate chips cookie. Spent over $50 on this order to find my food sitting on a chair on my pourch!!!!!!
