I ordered on line and drive to pick it up. Once I got home & opened the box, I bought it back. I spent $40.58 for wings & a burnt pizza. This was horrible that I was my time going get it & then I had to bring it back. I was offered another pizza, but I didn't want it. The one that I paid for should have been right.

I won't be going to this location anymore. I've been going for years. I always order through the app. When I got there the screen said my order was ready. I was next in line. Then 5 or 6 people came in and went around me. Everyone got their order but me. Then I waited another 10 mins. Still no pizza. I am a old white guy and everyone else wasn't. I feel it's racists. Most fast food is a franchise. So another location will probably be better.

This Pizza Hut is perfect! Pizza is always good, the delivery man makes sure you get your sauces, and if there’s any issue you can call and the manager Charles will help. I guess it’s true, that “no one out pizzas the Hut.”

Food was hot, order was correct, cashier greeted us with a bright smile. First time at this location, it was a pleasant experience.
Don’t order from this store from the website. I suggest calling first. I ordered from this store a week ago for pick up, I get there and the power is out and my order was never made. Although, on the website it said my order was ready to be picked up. The employee said to cancel the order for a refund. I couldn’t cancel the order because it was already confirmed to be finished and ready for pickup. When I contacted a representative, I was told I would be contacted about my refund within 3 days. It’s now been a week and still no contact and no refund.
So I was having trouble with the website so I called in to order which I never do because let be honest customer service usually sucks! Today though completely changed my mind about that my order was taken by Charles and when I say he went above and beyond to fix every issue I was having he did exactly that. Will definitely be the reason I call back and order from the store!
