They lady was ringing me up for an ice latte and not a Cold brew iced mocha witch is a dollar and .50cants less. She started to tell me it’s the same price so i pointed it out on the mean board and the lady got matt with me with an attitude saying it’s the way price , then I got my drink and it was a ice latte. They lady being to argue with me that is was indeed a ice coffee and she went to remake and try and make me look stupid saying see this is how I did it and made it again, and when I did get it it tasted totally different it was the ice coffee. The muffin was old.

I’m in the hospital recovering from a bad accident and haven’t been able to eat anything. I finally get an appetite and the woman working this morning g was very rude to my mother and my drink was not correct. I wanted to try your new praline &. Cream iced latte and this is what she came back with. No whip cream and a few ice. She was very rude to my mother as well. Also NO breakfast available. It’s 7:30am! I’m am very upset. I ended up throwing 9$ in the garbage due to this terrible drink that was made terribly wrong!

Coffee is ok but why they stop taking the punch cards?!! I saved my card to get my 10th coffee for free only to be informed that they stop taking/giving those cards. Why? Other locations do offer some saving options, so it was a big disappointment.

They won't let you in unless you work at the hospital lol

It would be no stars,but...Since last week,till 10/28 I go down and order a medium vanilla velvet ice or granita the young lady always says " NOT TONIGHT!" After she serves my Lieutenant a medium velvet ice,and I'm watching her rinse out the machine @ 8:00p.m.but also mumbles to two other patrons,she is not making any more for us tonight.Or closed before 10..So seems to me they make their own night hours to when they wanna work or be open...It's frustrating thinking Pj's is open or selling all the items on the menu,but the night operater sells at her discretion.

I appreciate the friendly service, and promptly receiving my coffee.

This location at the UMC, has good service during day hours. DO NOT expect this location to be open past 7pm. The posted hours say 1am… HOWEVER, night shift can never depend on these hours and many are left without their coffee, because THIS location will close the gate WHENEVER they feel like closing. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE… get this fixed!

I went there 2 days in a row to ask for a frozen hot chocolate. The first time i ordered one, they gave me a regular hot chocolate. And I told the barista that it was a frozen drink. To which she replied that it was a hot drink. I’ve told her that i’ve gotten a frozen hot chocolate before from PJ’s (it’s in the name) so i ask the barista “so a frozen hot chocolate is hot then?” and she said yes, and the. said i must not want a frozen hot chocolate. She kept telling me what I’m asking for is a mocha velvet ice. That was the worst customer service i’ve ever dealt with. Would give zero stars if possible.

Every person I’ve encountered during my stay here has been rude with no customer service and beings it’s in a hospital they shouldn’t be like that.
