I come to this location's drive-thru a few times a week in the mornings. The workers are always so friendly and they'll talk you through any questions you have. The coffee tastes better than some bigger chains with cheaper prices. I'm really glad we have this location in Gentilly!

Was OVER CHARGED for a large caramel granita no whip... Was told it was $7.43, I got it because I had to go to work,but won't be going back there's a difference between the customers right.... And I know for a fact a large caramel granita is $6.33 that is it that is all

I’ve been coming to this location regularly for about 5 years now, and for some reason recently its just not been the best. I tried to give it more chances, but its just not working out. Mobile orders aren’t being prioritized, drinks/food take 25 minutes to be ready, and the taste/quality of the coffee has gone down. The ladies that work here are lovely, and I think they just need more support from management/the franchise to figure out whats going wrong. Hoping this store can get back to the place it once was.

The morning service is so slow, it's ridiculous. Waited 10 minutes and didn't even give an order. This is the third time this has happened.

Did not open on time, almost 20 min late opening. Staff was completely unhelpful with WiFi when I wanted to connect to do some work while I enjoyed a coffee. Worse PJs I’ve been to.

Location not only required payment to use restrooms but has a minimal payment so you can't just buy something cheap.
This is my neighborhood PJs and I come here often. This morning I went to pickup my free coffee but couldn't because they were closed for Mother's Day. I wasn't the only mother trying to get their free coffee. ☹️🥹

My husband and I came to New Orleans to visit family our airbnb was right across the street from this PJ's when we lived here I loved their coffee I was glad too see nothing has changed the coffee was good and the service was amazing the shop is well stocked nice and clean I basically went every day lol ❤️
