Please provide more information on your new points system. This is an ABSOLUTE disaster, and none of your employees know how to transfer to the new system. I have over 500 points that I am now unable to redeem, which is two free beverages and a $1 off anything. How do I get these rewards, since "corporate" decided to move to a new system and no longer honor these rewards?
