Great atmosphere!!! DELICIOUS breakfast biscuits!!! This place is literally an 11 out of 10
I purchased a Too good to go order for the O’Fallon MO location only to arrive at the set time for it to be closed over an hour before the posted time. Will be requesting a full refund and do not recommend.
Always friendly and great happy hour prices!!
My family endured an unimaginable loss today at the hospital... I stepped away briefly to grab some coffee. PJ Coffee staff was on their game!. Smiles at the register, exceptional service, and even a swift resolve to a little delay in our order fulfillment. A big thank you to this wonderful staff.

This pretty much applies to all PJs: THE worst coffee drinks in NOLA. PJ's go-to ingredient in everything they make is sugar. I gave up on their espresso years ago and nothing else they offer is any better, weak coffee drinks included. Occasionally when stuck at certain venues, I'm looking at you Ocshner, I fall for a PJ's and always regret it. There's no Good reason why Ochsner Medical system should give the cafe contract to these bozos.

Beware hidden fees. Food is expensive for what you get- even for the French quarter. Beyond that- they add a 10% gratuity without telling you plus ask for a 25% tip. would feel bette if they just advertised an auto-grat, but their setup feels like extortion.
New customer experience... 1) 3 minute wait after an order to receive my coffee & an ADDITIONAL 5 minutes to be handed my cookie. Then they watched me fumble around the sugar 'bar' looking for cream... finally they called me over to hand me a little cup with some cream in it (I asked for cream)... 2) $9 for a medium coffee & a cookie (A medium here is a small everywhere else). A small is some comical child size. The cold brew mocha tastes terrible. I'll admit the cookie was good. The employee's were certainly friendly, but they seemed 100% lost due to the system or lack-there-of that is in place at this store. So disappointed, wow!
Worst ice coffee I’ve ever had. Disappointed in PJ’s. Service was great though. And food was ok. Music was a FM radio station that mostly played annoying commercials.
The employees at this location are AWESOME!!!And I send blessings to you and your families..❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Location in Ernest N Morial Convention Center would not take a PJ’s gift card. I asked before ordering and they gave me a stern NO and rudely ignored me and started getting back on their phones.
Very good Hot Chocolate and Coffee. BF items. Street parking. Many locations. My wife loves this place.
Love the atmosphere and the friendly staff

Dietary restrictions: They ran out of almond milk but substituted for soy for me.
Best coffee granita.
