Cannot say enough great things about Poke Chan. Probably the best poke spot in the city. The food is always fresh and delicious. Presentation is great. They try their best to source as locally as possible (e.g. the tofu from the West Bank that is phenomenal). The cooked dishes are also great. As a recent New Orleans transplant who’s lived in New York and Houston, and traveled to poke hotspots like Austin and San Francisco, I can confidently say that Poke Chan is hands down my favorite poke spot. Best poke bowl in New Orleans by far. Super fresh, good portions, kind service. The price is very fair. All of their sauces are so flavorful and interesting. It’s definitely a lunch spot or weekday early evening - they’re not open late or weekends. I’m a regular and come through at least 1x a week. There’s some mixed reviews on their page but tbh ignore them and give this spot your business!!
