I usually don't write reviews but I'm writing this one. Experienced delicious cold chicken because of the serious lack of staff and management coordination. It was disappointing to see no team in play here. Customers were waiting over an hour for their food while their food was set aside on the counter with no one expediting. Service Screens were showing in progress orders on one side and no ready orders on the other. There probably will be no consequences for those not doing their job. That's just the way it is these days. I've learned to leave my expectations at home. Good luck.

I love that they have the kiosks here. Make it so easy and quick! Food turned out great, maybe a smaller patty then most other places, but that's always the gamble with Popeyes. Consistency isn't really their expertise!

The ladies working are rude, they will have you waiting in line for seemingly forever without calling you, and they gave me the wrong food and gave me a small combo when I ordered a large. Please do NOT come here. I’ll tell reporting this to corporate, rest assured. Tables are filthy with no one to clean.
