The drive thru was out to Read Blvd., so I decided to go in and place my order. BIG mistake. There was an even larger crowd inside, and they were angry because it was taking too long to have their orders filled. When I received my order, the chicken wasn't hot or crispy, and it wasn't the spicy chicken I ordered. With my meal, I was supposed to have two (2) sides. Unfortunately, only one of my sides was included in my bag...and that ticked me off big time. They need...

The young lady at the front counter was very rude and not helpful after standing there for 25 minutes the guy in front of me had been there for 35 minutes got tired of waiting on his food and requested a refund they ignored him so he left not even the managers have any respect for their customers all of the employees were very rude and inconsiderate to other people's time

My oh my!!! No other Popeyes compare to the ones in NOLA. The chicken just seems to taste better. They must add some Louisiana touch to Popeyes in NOLA! Thank babae for such a good experience!
