Horrible service from the drive thru worst when u want in they dirty and have yu waiting in line for 20-25 minutes for a 6$ box

This is the third time that I have made an mobile order, and I have had to pull up and wait. One time I had to wait almost 45 minutes. Today it was almost 20 minutes.

Have been waiting 20 minutes for my food despite the board saying my food was ready. Saw a worker taking her break when they were clearly busy. They say your food is ready to keep them in the green even though they taking slow as hell with absolutely no hustle.

This restaurant has truly turned around. It used to be the worst, and is now one of the best Popeyes in the city!! Check it out, yall!

My first time going to an authentic Popeyes in Louisiana. The menu selection was great and exciting. However, you can only order on a kiosk, which wasn’t the best experience, especially if you’re trying to make modifications. We waited a very long time for our order to come up at least 30 minutes maybe more and no one was even inside the restaurant. It was fairly empty. Random people were sitting around the restaurant charging their phones. You couldn’t tell if they were patrons or what. When our order finally came up, the food was lukewarm. Not only that they forgot half of our meal messed up. Our meal gave me the totally wrong drink. I paid for a more expensive drink, and they gave me a regular fountain drink. They didn’t give me my sides or my biscuits. Any utensils or any napkins. My boyfriend went up there to try and make it right and they just ignored him as he stand at stood at the counter. Finally, I went up there and had to grab someone’s attention just to get our order right. The taste of the food was pretty good too bad it wasn’t hot. Would not recommend this place maybe other Popeyes are better.

This will be my last time eating at this location. The cashier always has a jacked up attitude. Takes forever to get your food. I had a coupon from the app that they wouldn't honor. I got here and stood at the register for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement and 3 employees included the manager looked me in the face. They suck here!!

Ashanti had all the patience in the world for our long order, we really appreciate her hard work and effort during her pregnancy. She was beautiful and completely caring!

Even though we arrived at a late hour during our travell, we received fresh cooked chicken and sides. Truly pleased and appreciated. Customer service was cool as well.
