Hospitality extreme; ms. Bree in is so sweet and kind and we were hungry they even tolerated our shenanigans and the $5 specials hit right out of the Superdome. Chaaaaaaa ching

Chicken Sandwich tasted like yesterday & I ordered 2PC Mild and at first I received Hot Hny, told them that was wrong then I received 1 Mild & 1 Spicy AFTER telling them that I couldn't have Spicy food, didn't tell them why but I'm still recovering from stomach surgery that I received on 7/14/20. After 2 bites I realized, a spicy thigh was deliberately placed in my order. With the exception of the Sweet Tea, the whole order was WRONG! Red Beans was with my order & I ordered Cajun Rice. No one's name is on the receipt it only says Host: Mgr 60261. WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER GOTTEN FROM FAST FOOD EVER IN MY LIFE, VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!

April and Kaymonie was very helpful even when I was in distressed about the app not working. My food was hot and fresh. They apologized that it was out their control but they showed me effort in helping in my phone app and in the store

Don’t leave the drive through without checking your bag got every item. There’s ALWAYS something missing, and right now I was about to drive away with more than 50% of my order missing. I know we hood, but can we try to pay attention? Maybe you’re not paying enough Popeyes.

Check your order before you go. Asked for blackened tenders trying to be a little healthier, got classic tenders not even spicy 🤦🏻‍♀️ and ask for sauce in case they don’t ask you if you want any. A little disappointed for sure

Absolute insanity! I cannot believe I’ve been here for 40 minutes after ordering on the app because they never made the food -And then had the nerve on Ash Wednesday to tell me it’s because I ordered the fish sandwich
I am literally still waiting here as nothing is being produced!!!! I don’t understand what the hell the staff is doing
So half the order is sitting ice cold while they are annoyed because they have to make a fish sandwich which we wait all year for during lent
This place needs a complete overhaul and I guess once I get the food since I cannot cancel it they told me I will just toss it in the garbage because it’ll be ice

Always check your bag before you drive away from this location. The staff is kind and has replaced every spicy chicken sandwich they accidentally put mayo on. Thats great, but that means do not order for delivery or it will be wrong. Also, every single time I order the large Mac from this location they give me 3 small containers that are less than halfway full- evidence in the pictures. How am I supposed to ask for what i believe i have paid for? It feels like a cheap trick. I don't like it.

Wow! The crew on the night of 1/18/2026 was absolutely amazing! We showed up with a huge order for our family of 16 that was in from out of state for a wedding. We placed a large order and the staff let us know everything was being made fresh. The food was delicious and fresh. This is the second location I have been to in the last week and experienced 10 out of 10 service and food. Thank you so much!

It was horrible, first of all i ordered 5 tender meals for $56, and when the order came there was only 2 fires which is not what i ordered there is cleanilness in the dining area seats are not clean i had to clean them myself, then the drinks machine was leaking water from the sides, and the place was mess. Also employee weren't really that nice to me and didn't do a good service.
