Food was ok the service is where it becomes a problem, the manager is TERRIBLE‼How are you mad about what I ordered that you didn't get right.....had to wait 30mins for biscuits BISCUITS....I'm st. Louis & im very much disappointed‼

Flies flying all around ew. Workers standing around with no care at all with a lobby full of customers. Manager walking back and forth not saying anything. Inappropriate music blasting in the lobby also. It's so frustrating what fast food has come to. You really can't make this stuff up sad sad sad.

If I could give double zero stars I would have. NEVER received my because I finally decided to ask for a refund. I stood at the counter waiting on a 3 piece for an hour. The 3 females working kept telling me I was waiting on chicken, but they kept giving out orders to other customers that ordered long after me. This location (Canal Street) need a new team. The restaurant was not clean.

I ordered 6 boneless wings and waited 20 minutes, only to find out they never even started cooking them. I asked if I could just get mild tenders instead, and the employee told me they didn’t have any mild tenders either. So after all that waiting, I ended up leaving with spicy tenders.
