OMG this was by far the best Popeyes I have ever had in my life. Visiting New Orleans for the first time we had to stop by and try it. You can actually taste the seasoning on everything. Every other state should do it like them.

Just go cook! Don't even bother wasting your time sitting in this line, because there definitely will be a line and it will be long they intentionally move slow. The Mac and cheese is gross and most times they don't put everything in your bag, so you have to go back around or park go in and get served attitude and no apology... No accountability, just attitude and nasty ways. I spent 40 on 3 meals because I was tierd and was still dissatisfied.

I've had bad experiences with the Popeyes on Paris Ave, I promise myself I wasn't eating NO POPEYES anymore, well today I break that promise,I drove to the Popeyes on Elysian Ave. I was very PLEASED with my order chicken was hot, biscuits hot red beans on point ☝️, Paris Ave Popeyes is my neighborhood Popeyes ?

If you want the worst service you've ever gotten go to the Popeyes in Gentility. I kid you not they ask you to stop about 20 feet before the window so that they can fake their metrics. Then on top of that they'll forget about you and let you wait about 10 minutes to ask you to come forward to get your food when the line was empty! And this is this is still somehow the fastest you'll ever get your food.. everyone at this Popeyes needs to be fired and the owner should be banned from franchising any location ever again

Derrien who served us was the best thing about this location. Do not go to this location. EVER!!!! Lots of trash near the stairs in the parking lot. Tables and floors had not been cleaned in God knows how long. Soda machine counter was stained and needed to be cleaned. Men’s bathroom was eewwww!! I just hope I did not catch anything!!The people behind the counter were rude and nasty. One customer from the drive-thru came in and said he was given the wrong order. He asked for spicy and was given mild chicken. Derrien took our order and then we just listened to the staff moan and complain aloud about the drive-thru customer. Another employee was telling Derrien that he was taking too long to get orders out and he needed to step up. Meanwhile the drive-thru customer came back. This time it was to complain that his chicken was cold.We finally got our order and asked for napkins and forks. Derrien was able to get those items for us quickly. Unfortunately, there were none of these items at the counter. We ate and listened as the staff continued to argue back and forth about who should be doing this or that.A few minutes later, a manager, or the person who was sitting in back, yelled out to an employee, "we don't have no eight piece." So as long as I can remember I have purchased eight-piece combo meals from other Popeyes locations. I do not know what makes this location different. Furthermore, if you sell two four-piece dinners to the same customer that would certainly make an eight-piece combo.Do yourself a favor, do not waste your time or money going here.

The drive-thru at this location is usually very slow, so I order inside the restaurant. It appeared that a new crew was in training so I was patient. The young man that took my order was very polite.Wheelchair accessibility: This location has a ramp for wheelchairs but the stairs are not ADA compliant for people with prosthetics.
