no integrity, no responsibility for their mistakes, and not willing to even own up to their mistakes. don't look cross eyed at a manager ..or they'll have you arrested

In years past, I've enjoyed Rasing Canes near my mom's house in another State. Last month, Rasing Canes opened a location near me. Got the family excited to try it (based on how it was when I had it elsewhere). Parked and went inside, which was crowded and no where to wait for the others. Chaotic. Once I got our food, I couldn't leave because the parking lot set up is so horribly designed, that the backed up drive thru line completely blocked myself and others from leaving. So after a stressful 20 minutes to get out, obviously that's 20 minutes of our food no longer being fresh. Got home and items were missing from the order (toast missing in one and coleslaw missing in other). The portion size of fries was comparable to a kids meal at a fast food joint. The chicken strips shrunk too. The fries and chicken were flavorless. The chicken was dry and stale. For $30 didnt even feel like a meal, but more like a snack. and a disappointing snack at that. Waste of time, waste of energy, waste of money, waste of a meal. I dont recommend (unless youre near a rare one that is an exception to this)

I just tried the food for the 1st time and not a fan at all. Service was not friendly at all, took longer then I expected, and food was soggy. The garlic bread and sweet tea was good though.

Raising Canes is the most consistent and best food for the buck.

Used to like Canes but a couple of stores near me is so Filthy ( GULFPORT MS) not sure if its under new management or new owner. We went there as soon as they open in the morning the floor is so sticky full of crumbs that appears to be from the previous days. The table is dirty., everything is filthy. We end up throwing some of our food especially the coleslaw

I was at the window in the drive-thru and I noticed that they got my drink wrong. I tried to hand it back to them but they said they couldn't take it back, but would give me my correct drink. It was a large and I only had one cup holder available. I told them that I have no place for it. Then I was told that there was a trash can across the parking lot. So you expect me to drive a manual transmition with one hand and hold this drink with the other?? They just smiled and said sorry, it's policy. I asked why is their mistake my problem? I told them that I wanted a refund, I don't want their food anymore. Then their teen manager or whatever came to the window and asked what the problem was. I explain and he just repeated what the window girl was saying. I said I want a refund. They finally relented but I had to asked for the refund receipt, which they gave me, crumpled up. Well, I really liked eating there.

I love Raising Canes but unfortunately they aren’t located in Okinawa Japan.

Very clean, and the young lady that’s working the window , you go girl , very bubbly and outgoing , made the whole experience pleasant !

Last night I ordered the sandwich of combo with extra sauce however the sandwich was without lettuce and the sauce It wasn't there either.
