Great donut shop! Coming in at 4 AM and getting hot, fresh donuts is the best for late-night hunger. Everything I’ve tried has been a hit—especially the shrimp and grits and the breakfast items. Definitely my favorite spot for that.

City Donuts is definitely a great 24-hour spot to keep in mind when you’re in New Orleans and want something quick, convenient, and delicious!
Of course, you have to try their glazed and powdered beignets—they’re delicious and freshly prepared. My daughter enjoyed the shrimp and grits, which I actually had the last time I was in town, and this time I tried the shrimp platter. Everything was fresh, hot, and flavorful.
