I went out at 1am to get some food for me and my friend, I waited for roughly 30 minutes to even place my order as they were too busy only serving the drive thru, then once I ordered it was about another hour or hour and a half till I got my food and it was mediocre at best.

Never have I ever had a worse experience ordering food than I have from here. We ordered not one, not two, but THREE TIMES because they somehow managed to mess up our order the first two times. And guess what? They STILL managed to mess it up the third time. How does that even happen?

I love this specific store because the employees were very friendly and ready to work excited to see customers and ready to helpParking: Convenient parking lot located right outside the store and there are plenty of spaces and lots of availabilityWheelchair accessibility: Outside the store so al fresco... Anyways the line to order your food is wheelchair accessible and there is no stairs to go up anywhere pretty much at all here so it's very wheelchair friendly and very handicap friendly with his bases that are provided in the parking lot as well

Horrible they looked as if they were disappointed I choose rally's for my lunch and I am too a waste of $10 plus my lunch break. She was going to give me shake she just poured into the machine, i asked for chlli cheese only still made regular and old soild dog, reheated fries. I can't contact them to let them know I need them to correct or refund my order they didn't give me a receipt. I'm always eerie about stopping there. The chicken bites boxes were nice size and as delicious as the fries. I ordered a combo for the spicy chicken but it wasn't fresh like the bites were. The wait time at the speaker is too long as was the speed of service. The location needs more lighting but the workers were very pleasant.Parking: It's enough unless the get a big crowd then there's an issue because the spaces are rather tight.Wheelchair accessibility: Some handicap parking

Food isn't very good, but the service usually was. Something about the food being ready 43 seconds after I order is alarming, but a big meal for 2 for under 15 dollars, who am I to complain. 5 stars.
Right now they have a promotion going on for any size French fry only $1. Don’t fall for it. I typically like the fries here but these were disgusting. There was no one in the drive thru or at the pedestrian window but I’m supposed to believe they just happened to be pulling fresh, hot fries out of the fryer? Nope. In the 10 seconds it took me to drive up to the window the fries were ready. They were hot so what they did was refried them. Old fries reheated in oil are not good. They turn into grease logged sticks. I’d rather wait until they cooked more or just paid full price. Only good thing is the terrible experience just cost $1.

By far the WORST experience ever last night. Lyndrese (so says on the recipt) I have a coupon I asked for the special on the coupon. She screamed at me through the speaker and tells me she does not have specials that if I wanted something on a coupon I need to say it correctly otherwise drive on. I get my food literally four chicken bites per box? Really? At least they were not smoking weed at the drive thru this time.

Normally Rally's had the best French fries. Not here. They weren't even fully cooked AND tasted like they'd been cooked forever ago. And doing both simultaneously is no mean feat. The chicken nuggets were just bad. However, my pets liked the chicken. I however did not.
