What a lovely establishment here in New Orleans. My toast and smoothie was very delicious, but what really stood out to me was the amazing service. The young staff and manager were both very kind, passionate about the company, and seemed to be beyond well versed in customer service. Can't wait to return very soon!

Got their green juices. The lady in there was helpful but not super friendly. The juice with gala apples was nice and not too sweet or bitter. The other one was good but they should have left the lemon out as lemon and mint don't mix due to the acidity.

I have spent probably a thousand dollars at this raw republic. I have literally had the manager Lea personally forget my smoothie through an Ubereats order and give me credit. 8/9/24 I ordered two smoothies and asked for them to leave out cayenne and Maca which I have an intolerance too. They didn’t follow the instructions so I contacted them and Uber without any response back. My husband (the nicest and sweetest guy ever) went into the store and not only were they incredibly rude to my husband but they refused to remake us our smoothies. They treated him like he was a criminal. My husband overheard them saying they need to fire the girl who they went up to ask if she made the smoothie correctly to which she responded she did. I can’t imagine working in this environment and it definitely seems like manager is seriously cruel to her employees. The manager said she could only give my husband one free smoothie and she had to go to her appointment. On the other end the girl at the counter was claiming that my husband politely asking to have our smoothies remade was “too much for her to handle” mentally and then when I finally came in to see what was going on she told me to chase down the manger in her truck. Who told me to contact Uber and refused to give me her name and just drove off. Idk what kind of policies these are that someone literally has to chase down the manager on the street for a mistaken order but here we are. In the past I noticed the manager had a really intense vibe but this is just crazy this could’ve been simply fixed by doing the right thing which is remaking an order that you made a mistake on especially for a 15 dollar smoothie.
You can’t say you’re an ALL natural health food company if you use PLASTIC. Please, switch to glass already. It’s not like you don’t use glass in your other locations.

Loved discovering this place of plant based food and drinks. Everything I’ve had so far is delicious. The food feels clean in my body and gave me natural energy. It’s a touch expensive but I loved discovering how good a plant based protein drink and snack made me feel.

As a newly "raw" vegan, I wasn't expecting the truffle mac to be so good! OMG! It's better than many cooked vegan versions I've tried. Will definitely order again!
