The lady who answers the phone with the raspy voice, on January 17th around 2:40p.m. Was so RUDE. I placed an order mistakenly thinking I ordered from Kenner Rivershack. It was a simple mistake, but I was told on the phone that I had to come pick up my food and I HAD to pay for it. All I wanted to do was let them know I ordered from the wrong Rivershack and I was sorry. I don’t recommend ever going to this establishment. I called back to speak to a supervisor, when I over heard on the phone she didn’t know who I was and wanted me to leave a message. Absolutely rude and disrespectful.

Everyone needs this place to experience the true drinking establishment on the River. The food is better than most taverns with a great price ratio to eats. Great burgers pastrami and the to die for Homemade Onion Rings. Wish I took pictures.

Nice place to eat along River Road. If you've ever watched Dukes of Hazzard you'll be familiar with the decor and ambience of the Boar's Nest. Food was good, though seating only outside for anyone who cannot climb the steps to inside (no ramp). Parking is around the building on gravel, with some space across the street also.
