We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the Roulaison Distillery! The owner and distiller, Andrew, walked us through the entire process from the local sourcing of molasses and cane juice through the fermentation, distillation, and aging of the rum.Roulaison is a small batch distillery and has some custom creations that are unique - very different from common mass-produced rums.Highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in either the process or the wonderful end product.
We had a fantastic time with Andrew at the Roulaison Distilling. The rums are delicious and exceptional and he was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in a fun and friendly manner.100% recommend.
