My husband and I enjoyed our tour and tasting. Andrew was a great host as well. We will be back to visit.

I had an amazing rum tasting and guided tour with the co-owner Andrew! This is a must-do for any rum lovers in NOLA. Andrew is full of knowledge and I learned so much. Highly recommended for a great local artisanal rum and distillery!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the Roulaison Distillery! The owner and distiller, Andrew, walked us through the entire process from the local sourcing of molasses and cane juice through the fermentation, distillation, and aging of the rum.Roulaison is a small batch distillery and has some custom creations that are unique - very different from common mass-produced rums.Highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in either the process or the wonderful end product.

We had a fantastic time with Andrew at the Roulaison Distilling. The rums are delicious and exceptional and he was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in a fun and friendly manner.100% recommend.

This is the spot. The rum is top notch, boutique, and excellent. We ended up here during a storm and the owner sheltered us in place with rum and kindness. If you’re a rum aficionado this distillery is a must. You’re not a tourist here, you’re a welcomed guest.

This was a great tour and tasting, and Patrick is fantastic! He is a wealth of knowledge and walked us through so many pieces of the process in a really understandable way. He was also able to answer all of the questions we had for him, even some really obscure ones!

We did the run distillery tour and tasting with friends and we had a great time. It's a small, boutique distillery but that made the experience (with Patrick ) very personal. The tour was informative and just the right length. We tasted 6 spirits, 4 of which were straight rum - one of the others had chocolate in and then there were fermented can leaves. The flavour profiles were very diverse and I love the descriptions and stories attached to each. Definitely recommend coming check this place out.

The tourcwas very informative and was led by Andrew, who really knows his stuff. Parking was free and right outside the entrance; however, had we had to park on the street, we would have been worried. It's located in a very sketchy neighborhood.

Great little distillery making some pretty tasty rum. Patrick gave an informative presentation on how they make their rums. The tastings were really helpful in selecting a rum you’d like. We went with the cask strength and bottled and bonded. Well done

I did the run distillery tour and tasting with 7 friends and we had a great time. It's a small, boutique distillery but that made the experience (with the founder and co-owner) very personal. The tour was informative and just the right length. We tasted 6 spirits, 4 of which were straight rum - one of the others had chocolate in and then there were fermented can leaves. The flavour profiles were very diverse and I love the descriptions and stories attached to each. We were there for about 1 hour 15 mins.
