As someone staying at the hotel connected to it, I expected more.
Service was great but with how the food was definitely not worth the price
Neither of us finished our plates (besides bacon) because at that point we would just be forcing ourselves to finish our plates with food we truly did not enjoy and was even “scared to eat” due to the mold.

Slowest meal service I have ever had. Seated at 10:30, there were 5 or 6 other tables occupied. Ordered an omelet and pancakes and bacon, our food finally came at 11:45. That's right, one hour and fifteen minutes to get our food. Never making that mistake again.

We had breakfast here (naturally, as it's a breakfast place) and the food was great! They were pretty busy with just their one server Tamika on, but she was wonderful and super friendly!

Very slow service, the food seems cheap quality. It may have been better if I could have gotten butter or syrup with my waffle, but all the servers disappeared for 40 minutes

Wow! I saw the reviews that the food was excellent; however we didn't find out. We were "greeted" by a woman that was scowling at something outside. We were seated and decided what we wanted. That was it. We sat there waiting for someone to offer coffee or to take our order. We sat for about 5-7 minutes and decided to leave. You might think it wasn't a long time but it is a Saturday morning in a tourist town. Many other places to go

The food was absolutely great. We went two mornings in a row. Both days we had Kela. I’ve been in customer service 25yrs & management for 15. She was wonderful. She remembered our order, was so welcoming, professional & provided all around A+ service!! We will be back on our return visit.

We stayed at the Bourbon Orleans Hotel the last week of September 2023 to attend Beyoncé’s “The Renaissance Tour” concert and explore the beautiful city of New Orleans. We had breakfast at Roux on Orleans and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and the staff was awesome - especially Larry. He was very welcoming, attentive & engaging. He’s very knowledgeable in the city’s history/culture and provided us with some great recommendations of places to visit during our stay since this was our first time in the city. Definitely recommend stopping by for breakfast - especially if you’re staying in Bourbon Orleans Hotel since the restaurant is easily accessible within the hotel.

Had the buffet breakfast - our check came in at $48 including taxes. For that we got a Bloody Mary, 2 x Apple Juices, at least 4 x Coffees, plus one to take out, croissandwiches stuffed with bacon egg and cheese, French toast, toast, syrup, bacon and country potatoes. There’s also a good range of sweet pastries and toasts, plus fresh fruit and yogurt. Absolutely fabulous service - we were really looked after.
Right now Roux is only open for breakfast. I was able to eat there twice and loved everything I ordered. The quantity of food was sometimes overwhelming and always delicious. The staff, including the chef, was gracious, welcoming, and professional.

We had breakfast here while we stayed at the hotel Nov 15-18. They are open but just for breakfast. The servers were very friendly and the food was very good. Between us we tried most of the menu but really enjoyed the shrimp and grits. We felt like it was a little expensive, but good and convenient. Would definitely recommend if you are in the neighborhood.

Each day we tried something different and everything on the menu was AMAZING. Miss Pam was the best and always had a smile for us!! Now that we are home, we definitely miss this amazing NOLA Cuisine.

Great place to make a stop amongst many it stands out for me as a excellent choice! It meant all the nice atmosphere for me and my family excellent service and courteous staff. They cater to our every need food and drinks were wonderful I highly recommend! ?????
