Stopped in for breakfast. They have a few options for brunch. We didn’t get oysters. Meal was good as was the service.

Skyler at the bar was an absolute gem. Fantastic! Would come back alone just for him. Give this man all your money.

Another one of my faves in New Orleans. New Orleans must tries: alligator tail, oysters on the half shell, po' boy sandwiches to die for. The big fella on the staff had our table rolling with his native Cajun style jokes. Fun time. Great food.

Just another stop on my oyster crawl. I was taken care of by Hillary the bartender who was very friendly. The place wasn't too busy and per usual I took a seat at the bar.

I ordered a round of oysters and had one of her special drinks which was pretty tasty. Food came out quickly and service was great.

It was pretty quiet and the vibe was comfortable and cozy.

I had a very delicious breakfast today. I like to try new things when I travel and I would highly recommend this. I wanted to add a picture but don't know how. It was eggs Benedict but with crab cakes, poached eggs and crayfish sauce and all Cajun style. Not too spicy. Just perfect and so delicious.

I ordered the crispy fried oyster BLT po-boy. It was delicious and I loved the bread from the local bakery it was served on. The fries were well cooked too. The atmosphere was very pleasant. We ate upstairs and enjoyed the view and hearing the street performers below. Our server was very kind and did a great job.

Went on Halloween and it was fun to people watch because the doors were open.
Had fried green tomatoes and they were amazing!
The Cajun ranch sauce takes them to the next level.
We also got a sandwich and fries. All good.
The only thing I would work on is training the wait staff. He just walked up and took the food without asking us if we wanted to go box. And then when we finally stopped him and asked for one it took him a while to figure out where they were. I get it, it's a tourist town and I assume most people don't take their food with them.

Phenomenal food. Plenty of flavor, very happy. Fair prices. Enjoyed the “Taste of New Orleans” platter that allowed me to try all of the dishes I wanted to try while visiting New Orleans.

A server yell at us in the middle of the room if we have menus, we said no, And he said “because you just walked in, now you don’t have menus!” Of course I didn’t stay!!

Very friendly staff; very cranky cook (chef? maybe); very Dog-Friendly as the atmosphere was great with doors that opened to the street; NOT vegetarian-friendly. The Hurricane was good & only $14. I (who am NOT a vegetarian) ordered the traditional gumbo which was good (rice was a tad crunchy) and the Chargrilled Parmesan Oysters which were drenched in oil (not butter as claimed) and simply broiled ( definitely NOT ‘chargrilled’): read … ruined by chef, VERY meh. My husband ordered the Blackened Redfish with the crabmeat add-on (menu says $7 but they charged $9 on the bill) for a total of a $40 lunch entree. His was served with canned green beans and jambalaya which we assumed was seafood but alas was filled with sausage (not listed on the menu). Entree arrived sans crabmeat BC the waiter forgot to ring it in. When waiter brought crab, husband asked for French fries instead of the meaty jambalaya and was told ‘Chef’ said ‘no’…it would be an additional $7 charge. Wow. Needless to say, we would NOT ever return or recommend this place because let’s face-it….this bully of a chef missed his noon bump, I guess, and needed to save the house .12 cents rather than make a visiting customer happy after an awful dining experience. Que sera, sera…
