Hermes Bar Reviews
We sat in the bar cuz it's June and it's hot as hell outside and we weren't dressed for the restaurant. The gumbo was very good. The shrimp and grits were mediocre, the grits were gummy. They may have invented egg sarrdou but Brennan's does it better. The cocktails were all very good.
Classic upscale bar with great service and highballs.
Far too much peychauds bitters in the Sazerac. Other than that, flawless
