My last visit before this one was the weekend of Mother's Day, and it wasn't great at all. I returned on this day to celebrate the anniversary of leaving my abuser two years ago, and this visit was perfect. Raynell was my server. He was kind, professional and attentive. He humored me by being my photographer, capturing a beautiful moment that many people have commented on. I switched it up and ordered sea bass instead of steak, and I am so glad I did. Our server was nice. She was attentive. However she “checked on” us every two minutes to the point we were unable to enjoy our own conversation. She literally asked us three different times, at three separate visits to the table, is our steaks were cooked to the correct temp. Overbearing to say the least. The food was delicious as usual. Again she was very nice, just did not allow us to enjoy a private dining experience at all.
