Saints and Sinners is a lively restaurant in New Orleans that provides a memorable dining experience. The food is described as "mind-blowing," with the gumbo being especially praised as the "best gumbo" the reviewers have ever had. The service is excellent, with waiters and bartenders creating a fun and enjoyable atmosphere. The restaurant has a unique ambiance, transforming from a casual spot into a night club vibe after 9 pm, with features like a fireman's pole, angel wings, and a balcony. The space is well-designed for the lively theme, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. The bartender, T, is known for being sweet, talkative, and very informative, often entertaining guests and making drinks even when certain ingredients are unavailable. The building's history adds a special touch, having previously been a brothel and now believed to be haunted. Overall, Saints and Sinners is a must-visit for anyone exploring the Big Easy, especially for those who enjoy great food, lively atmospheres, and friendly service.
